Q: What types of led strip products do you manufacture?

A: We manufacture a wide range of led strip products, including SMD led flexible strip, COB led strip, led neon flex, emergency backup battery driver, led grow light etc.

Q: Do you offer customization for your led products?

A: Yes, customized products are available, we can do the ODM OEM products according to your requirements.

Q: What is your production capacity?

A: It depends on the products type and quantity, we have a capabilities to deal with both small and large bulk orders. 

Q: What is your lead time?

A: 2-7 days lead time for sample and small orders, while 15-25 days for the bulk orders. depending on the order quantity and material stock.

Q: What is the MOQ?

A: It depends on the product type.  small MOQ for the led strip, No MOQ for the Emergency backup driver, While 200pcs MOQ for the led grow tube.

Q: What quantity control measures do you have in place?

A: We have strict quality control system in place to making sure each products meet our high quality standards. All the raw materials, finished products will be inspected by our QC staff.

Q: What is your product warranty?

A: 5 years warranty for the UL listed products while 3 years warranty for the CE listed products.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: The defective ratio of our products is controlled under 0.3%,  even if our products fail to work during the warranty periods, we will send you a new replacement or get the payment back to you.
