1. Product design ideas
The customer puts forward the required product function， performance or ideas
2. Meeting with customers
Our engineers will evaluate the product requirements and determine the feasible scheme (the parameters, housing design, package design etc)
3. Estimated price
We will calculate the estimated costs and new mold set up fees for reference.
4. Sample testing
we will produce a free sample for your testing before mass production.
(note: customers need to pay for the sample fees, mold fees and shipping costs. and the mold fees will be returned if the future order up to the required quantity)
5. Agreement and PO
A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) will be signed to protect both parties and submit a purchase order.
6.Mass production
Your products will go into mass production, and all other special requirements needs to be confirmed before the production stage.
7. Inspection --Quality control /COA
Our QC will inspect the product for your safety before shipping. If the certificate needed, we will help to apply it for you.
8. Packing and delivery
Well packed and will inform your forwarding company to pick them up after finishing.
